Terms

Plain terms.
No lock-in.

These cover the account and anything you pay us for · not the MIT core, which its own licence already covers.

Last updated 24 August 2026

Using Matra

@matrajs/core and the framework bindings are MIT. Nothing here takes that back, and nothing here applies to code you ship with them.

An account is for one organisation. Sharing credentials outside it will close it.

Paying

Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than the current period. Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it, without asking why.

Plans are capped by the number of developers writing code against the paid packages. Adding one inside your cap costs nothing and needs no paperwork.

What we promise

The service is provided as it is. We will tell you before a breaking change to a paid feature. We will not hold your documents hostage if you leave · export is a button rather than a support ticket.

A lapsed subscription cannot switch anything off. Nothing checks a licence at runtime and nothing contacts us, so software you already shipped keeps running whatever happens to your billing.

What we ask

Do not resell the hosted service as your own, and do not use it to store anything illegal. That is the whole list.

Changes and law

Changes are posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions: legal@matrajs.com.
